Is it a sin to sample dover art fabric patterns in an illustration? I made this illustration with Photoshop, Flash and the bitmap pattern came from:

No, it is not a sin. Its called working smart from what I hear. I understand the feeling though.
There is a webstie called "cgtextures" and there dedicated to taking pictures of interesting textures or patterns and manipulating them into illustrations.
